This Clarification Text has been prepared by TURKUAZ ELEKTROTEKNİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, in the capacity of data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
1. Identity of the Data Controller
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data may be processed by our Company, whose information is provided below, in the capacity of data controller:

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant secondary legislation, if you fill out the contact form on our Company's website, your personal data such as name-surname, e-mail address, subject, and message content provided by you will be processed for the purposes of:
- Contacting you,
- Receiving, evaluating, and finalizing your requests, suggestions, and complaints,
- Providing information about products and services and conducting technical support processes,
- Managing sales, quoting, and customer relationship processes,
- Carrying out Company activities in accordance with the relevant legislation,
- Developing business processes, and conducting quality and customer satisfaction studies.
The aforementioned data processing activities are carried out based on the legal ground that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
3. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected electronically by filling out the contact form on our Company's website. Additionally, if you contact our Company via e-mail, telephone, request for proposals, or other communication channels, the personal data shared by you may also be processed.
Your collected personal data is processed based on the legal grounds of:
- fulfillment of the legal obligation of the data controller,
- legitimate interests of the data controller,
and it is kept limited and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed, for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation or for the period required by the processing purpose.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data processed by our Company may be transferred, in line with the realization of the purposes stated above and in accordance with the relevant legislation, to:
- Business partners, suppliers, and technical service providers from whom services are received within the scope of conducting business processes,
- Companies providing electronic communication, hosting, and infrastructure services,
- Authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations,
- Authorized judicial and administrative authorities upon request.
Necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure data security during transfer processes. In case of data transfer abroad, appropriate assurance mechanisms within the scope of the legislation in force are taken into account.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, as a data subject, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of your personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing disappear, and to request notification of these operations to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in case you incur damages due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
As the data subject, you can submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company in accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
In this context, you may submit your applications:
- in writing,
- via registered electronic mail address (REM),
- through a notary public, or
- by other methods provided for in the legislation
to our Company.
Our Company will conclude your applications free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested from you.
