GENERAL EXPLANATIONS
Personal data subjects, defined as "relevant persons" in the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), have been granted various rights regarding the processing of their personal data within the scope of Article 11 of the Law.
Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Law; applications to be made to the data controller, TURKUAZ ELEKTROTEKNİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, regarding these rights must be submitted in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
In this context, written applications to be made to our Company can be submitted by printing this form and using the following methods:
- By the applicant's personal application
- Via notary public
- Via registered electronic mail (REM) address
The application channels and procedures for delivering written applications to our Company are detailed below.

Registered Electronic Mail (REM) |
The application must be sent via REM address with a secure electronic signature. The information specified above must be included in the content. |
Information and documents subject to the application should be attached to the application. The phrase "Request for Information within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law" shall be written on the envelope.
In written applications, the date on which the application reaches the data controller is accepted as the application date.
A. Contact Information Regarding the Applicant
The applicant's name and surname, identity information, residential or workplace address, mobile phone number, and e-mail address for notification are processed for the purposes of evaluating the application, verifying the applicant's identity, contacting the applicant when necessary, and delivering the application result properly.
It is important for the applicant to share the said information completely, accurately, and up-to-date in terms of concluding the application healthily, quickly, and in accordance with the legislation.
B. Information Regarding the Applicant's Relationship with Our Company
Information regarding the nature of the applicant's relationship with our Company is requested to determine whether the applicant is a customer, dealer, supplier, business partner, consultant, visitor, former employee, employee candidate, third-party company employee, or part of a different group of relevant persons.
This information is processed to determine which data processing activity the application is linked to, to match it with the relevant business unit or department, to identify the personal data processing process subject to the application more accurately and quickly, and to answer the application properly within the legal period.
In this scope, the following may also be requested from the applicant:
- The unit or department they are in contact with within our Company,
- The matter subject to the application,
- The nature of their relationship with our Company.
If the applicant is a former employee, including the years worked; if they applied for a job, the date of application; and if they are a third-party company employee, the company and position information is important for the correct evaluation of the application.
