CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA VIA COOKIES
This Clarification Text has been prepared by Turkuaz Elektroteknik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Company”), in the capacity of data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“LPPD”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Cookies are used in certain areas of our website with the domain name https://turkuazelektroteknik.com/ (“Site” or “Website”). This Cookie Clarification Text is valid for the Website managed by our Company and is implemented within the framework of the principles explained below.
The purpose of this text is to inform the relevant persons about the purposes for which personal data obtained automatically through cookies on our website are processed, through which types of cookies they are processed, and how these cookies can be managed.

III. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data obtained through cookies may be shared with the following recipient groups, limited to the purposes specified in this Clarification Text and in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the LPPD:
- Domestic and/or international technology suppliers and analytical service providers (including Google and similar providers) within the scope of website infrastructure, hosting, maintenance/support, logging, cyber security, measurement, and reporting services,
- Authorized public institutions and organizations, judicial authorities, and regulatory authorities (in cases of fulfilling obligations arising from the legislation and meeting duly requested information).
In case of data transfer abroad, transfer operations are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the LPPD, provided that the relevant person has explicit consent and/or by establishing the appropriate safeguards provided for in the legislation. The privacy policies of the third-party service providers may additionally apply regarding the data processing and storage activities carried out in their own areas of responsibility.
- STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION
Personal data obtained through cookies are maintained limited to the period required by the processing purposes and also by taking into account the statute of limitations, storage, and archive periods stipulated in the relevant legislation.
In this context, personal data:
- When the purposes requiring its processing disappear,
- When the storage period stipulated in the relevant legislation ends,
- Upon the occurrence of the conditions stipulated in the Law upon the duly application of the relevant person,
are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with Article 7 of the LPPD and the provisions of the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data.
The storage period of cookies may vary according to their nature; while some are session cookies that are automatically deleted when the browser is closed, some are persistent cookies that can remain on the device for a certain period. Users can change their cookie preferences at any time via browser settings and/or the cookie management panel.
- RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PERSON AND WAYS OF APPLICATION
Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD, relevant persons may apply to our Company to:
- Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- Request deletion, destruction, or anonymization within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Law,
- Request notification of the operations carried out to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against them by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages in case they incur damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Applications are finalized within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the date they reach our Company. Depending on the nature of the application, additional information and documents may be requested, and our Company may implement additional confirmation mechanisms to verify the identity of the relevant person.
