Your identity (name, surname) and contact (e-mail address, telephone) information shared via the quotation form on the website by Turkuaz Elektroteknik, along with the content information regarding your request, are processed for the purposes of:
- Receiving and evaluating your quotation request,
- Contacting you,
- Executing quotation processes regarding our products and services,
- Managing customer relationship processes,
- Conducting and auditing business activities,
- Establishment, exercise, and protection of rights in potential legal processes.
Your personal data in question is processed within the scope of Article 5 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, based on the legal grounds of: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligation, the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, and the legitimate interests of the data controller.
Your personal data may be shared with the relevant units within our company, suppliers providing information technology infrastructure services, and authorized public institutions and organizations if necessary, in accordance with Article 8 of Law No. 6698, limited to the purposes stated above.
Your personal data is preserved for the period required by the processing purpose and within the framework of the storage periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; and is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with Article 7 of the LPPD upon the expiration of the period or the disappearance of the processing purpose.
Within the scope of Article 11 of the LPPD, you have the rights to: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed, and request deletion or destruction within the scope of the Law. You can submit your requests regarding these rights to our company in writing or by other methods specified in the legislation.
